Carrie Underwood’s new album Carnival Ride is superb and some of the best tracks on this CD include So Small, Just a Dream, Wheel of the World and many more. For those outside the US and unaware of Carrie Underwood she is the winner of American Idol title in 2005. She has the top-selling album in the US in 2006 and wining thirteen major industry awards in 2007. Carrie Underwood went on to be named the Country Music Association's Female Vocalist of the Year for two consecutive years. Underwood has sold in excess of six million copies of her debut album, Some Hearts that went on to win three number one country hits. Her debut album Some Hearts CD includes the superb tracks Wasted, Don't Forget To Remember Me, Jesus, Take The Wheel, Before He Cheats. The follow up album Carnival Ride has sold five hundred and twenty seven thousand copies in its first week of release and debuted at Number One on the US Billboard's Top Two Hundred Chart and Country Albums charts. The album title is inspired by a lyric line in one of the CD’s songs. "You step onto this ride called life, and it's a crazy thing you don't know anything about, but you get on it anyway," Carrie explained. "That's why Carnival Ride works as my album title, because it describes the wonderful craziness that I've been through over the past couple years."
